Terms of Service

The service

CMJ Studio sells personalized digital analyses (color, hair, makeup, or the set) produced from the photos you upload, using AI imaging reviewed and approved by a human stylist. Results are delivered by email as a digital board. There is no physical product and no subscription.

Delivery

Your analysis arrives by email within 24–48 hours of purchase. If your photos can't produce an accurate result, we'll tell you at upload, before you pay, or offer a free retake afterward if something slips through.

What you promise

• The photos you upload are of you (or you have the person's permission), and you're 18+ or have a guardian's consent.
• You won't upload photos of celebrities, strangers, or minors.

Refunds

If your board doesn't arrive within 48 hours, or the result clearly doesn't look like you, contact support within 14 days and we'll regenerate it with a stylist's review or refund you. Because each analysis is custom-made, we don't refund simple changes of mind after delivery.

What results are (and aren't)

Color analysis is styling guidance, not a medical, dermatological, or professional consultation. Rendered images are AI-generated visualizations of you in recommended looks. They preserve your identity but aren't photographs.

Your content, our content

Your photos remain yours. Your finished board is for your personal use: save it, print it, share it. The 12-season methodology, board designs, and site content belong to CMJ Studio.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in USD.
