What we collect

• Your photos: the selfie and optional wrist photo you upload for your analysis.
• Your email: to deliver your results and receipts, and, if you opt in, our free guide and occasional style notes.
• Order details: what you bought, handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your card number.

How your photos are used

Your photos are used for one thing: producing and quality-checking your analysis. We remove location metadata (GPS/EXIF) the moment they're uploaded. To generate your personalized images, your headshot is processed by our AI image provider under contract; temporary upload copies there are automatically deleted within days. Your photos are never used to train AI models, never sold, and never shared for marketing.

The human step

A real stylist reviews your photos and your finished board before it's sent. That's part of the service you're buying.

Storage & retention

Photos and results are stored on our own systems, accessible via a private link only you receive. Want your photos deleted after delivery? Email hello@cmjstudio.com from your order email and we'll erase them.

Your consent

You approve this processing with the consent checkbox before checkout. Without it, we can't produce your analysis.

Emails

Transactional emails (your results, receipts) always send. Marketing emails only if you signed up for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
